Disclaimer: I have not read many shounen based isekais. I often read more shoujo or josei oriented isekais about princesses and duchesses. Not to say I don't enjoy a good shounen, I just happen to have a princess obsession. Though, I have read my fair share of shounen such as Fairy Tail, Hunter x Hunter, Bleach just to name a few.
This series is great and makes you feel amazing. It's such a feel good story with enough conflict and hardship you are in for a ride, but of course plot armor always prevails. What is fun about this though is that it gets creative with it's solutions and you have a seemingly weak level-headed, quirky protagonist leading the story rather than the usual obviously OP, hot-headed, quirky guy. His methodology to improvement and progression is by calculated diligence and reasonable determination. It makes you root for the underdog and honestly it's gotten me quite motivated to improve myself too. The world building is definitely well established and thought out enough it doesn't feel disted. And the premise/plot is set up in a way in which possibilities for adventure are endless. In my opinion the author did good in cleverly setting up an infinite world. It's quality enough that you'll have a good time reading it. I do like the pacing of this story because I always believe a good story takes time.
I'm noticing people here have been rating it as a typical or trash isekai, but honestly if this is considered trash isekai, gimme all of it, send it all to me. It's such a fun read that makes you wonder how this protagonist is going to figure out his next over-the-top obstacle and how he will navigate novel events in his new future. Because after all isn't this why we read shounen titles?

Went in without much expectations but was pleasantly surprised. No doubt theres lots of manga with the same theme but this one was enjoyable. Its not the best but its scores reasonably well in my books. This manhwa borrows a lot of concepts from other manga of its genre with a twist of its own which made it an interesting read. I'm tempted to spoil it but just this is worth a read.
In all honesty, at 100+ chapters, its too early to give a fair review. 100+ chapter count is basically barely getting started. Am curious about the novel though, its pretty obvious lots of material were cut out from the novel to condense into this manhwa. Hopefully it get a dedicated translation group soon.

The story moves far too slow and compared to other reincarnation manhwas is not very exciting. The MC has a paper-thin character that the manhwa tries to redeem by making him adept at strategizing. I recommend you put this one off until it's complete, or has far more chapters published. I put manhwas down for 5 - 12 months at a time before picking them back up again and always regret it; Manhwas tend to do very little over a large number of chapters, especially this one.

Here some other similiar or better manga i've found
A manhua with the same premise as Tales of Demons and Gods, Spirit Sword Sovereign, Volcanic Age and others, guy dies and goes back in time and is able to relive his life and prevent some disaster or bad fate from happening.
The good part about this one is that the MC is a conscious guy that does things deliberately and doesn't go around believing himself superior than the rest and becoming a jerk after a few chapters (at least it hasn't happened till now). Also, it's about a world remicerant of middle ages Europe with magic with a very segregated cast system so there is no cultivation. The story thou is a little slow and it's taking it's time to introduce the different styles of fighting, characters, situation between commoners and nobles.
As for what great_k says, I actually thank that the MC has to use his head and change thing little by little when he's supposed to be a minor and irrelevant pebble in that world time, it you want to read about an overpowered guy that goes in time and in 10 chapters he's the strongest of his peers then there are a lot of those manhuas out there, I don't see the need for another.
All in all, a good run so far, thou it's too soon to tell, I'd like to see how it keeps going after 100ch or so.
Read up to 37th chapter raw and the main character still hasn't done anything of note. By far the worst return to the past series I've come across. How the hell did he survive his first life if he is such a typical shounen weak-ass. It makes no sense. Did the author just want to go with an underpowered male mc that is the popular choice for manga and comics these days? Absolutely wasted potential.
