Can this so-called "trash" character outsmart his powerful peers, form unlikely alliances, and ultimately master the game? 584kq

Much much better than the majority of transmigrated into a game stories. The MCs growth rate is far more reasonable and so the development of the story is actually sensible.
- MC is mostly reasonable
- Story line is fun
- Art is good
- Full cast of characters
- Character depth & growth is meaningful
I do sense that the manga seems to be glossing over many details that would likely have appeared in the novel but the art is beautiful. For example, many characters back stories are referenced so briefly in a single page, but the seem to be quite intricate back stories.
Probably the best part of this manga is that the characters are so full and have so much life to them! There is so much to so many of the characters that I can easily seeing them each having their own story or manga. Compared to the vast number of stories where each character is just used to exaggerate some aspect of the MC, this manga is such a joy to read.
Oh and to the comment about "harem", I would say that this manga does a decent job of addressing harem tropes without falling into them. There are tons of characters that are assumed to be beautiful or good looking or having all the attributes someone would desire in a romantic relation, but there isn't too much blind fawning and/or overly idealized characters. In fact, all the characters are presented as fairly multi-faceted and therefore having some meaningful humanity. The MC is probably the only one who falls short in this aspect. While they are flawed from the aspect of "traditional" power for the world, the author writes them as if they are brilliant in all of their decision making and able to solve all their issues with a combination of an OP artifact and their innate intelligence, which is a bit overdone in the story.

not for me..mc is to slow and i just hate the " im an adult " mentality of a regressor/sucked in to another world mc, when hes interacting with other people , fls, mcs of the other world. .. makes him seem pretensions and arrogant.
I usually dislike these settings. Up until now, only ending maker had a ing grade from all the "reincarnated into a novel" series, but I have high hopes for this one. The MC is transported into the game he likes to play (the twist is that it's based on a RPG for a female audience that got popular among boys for its replayability and PvP). The traits the MC has are quite fun (he can only use blink but has lots of potential as a swordmaster).
Up to now, the series is great, the MC is reasonable, and the story stays within the confines of a sim game without being driven by the typical "Korean shoujo" cliches trying to cater to both male and female audiences. It would be better if they hadn't used the trope of being able to eventually get some of his old objects or called an obviously fun character trash, but otherwise the story is advancing towards a clear goal and there's enough action and interactions between characters to recommend to both shoujo and shounen readers.
Edit: the adaptation is way slower than the original novel.
