I could rave about this series all day, I could. When I first heard about it, I was like: "Scifi. Okay, I like scifi." And then I read it O.O By God, I was glad that I did. And now, there's a MOVIE coming out.

The ending was slightly disappointing, meaning it made me cry, but it was still fantastic!

To tell you the truth, there are way better survival manga than this out there but this wans't bad and i liked reading it.

What i was most impressed with was the mystery that surounded the whole plot and the build up of the suspence. The next thing was the art, you can't have a good survival manga without great art in my opinion. Also, the characters and story overall were good.

Like i said before, i have seen better but this manga gave wonderfull effort.

It started out reminding me of Blue Gender crossed with Jurassic Park. I thought "awesome" and kept reading. It quickly veers off and does it's own thing but it no less enjoyable for it. The action, the story, the art, everything is well done. I loved this manga.

Though most survival mangas are exciting but I can see cliches in them...for this one, theres a loli character, all people behave just as u expect, main teenage is full of conscience, old man is a bas****, black guy IS an American soldier but still it isnt too cliched and keeps on ur toes, there are however some not done bbefore things..

one thing that I havent seen before, is the mom- son type. They arent related but the woman is very protective of the boy (SO CUTE!!!!!).
One cute bit is where everyone is sorta hallucinating about their worst fear so theres main girl seeing her dead sister denouncing her, woman sees her dead son crying...so what do we get as the greatest fear of little boy?? Darkness :lol:

Theres also the thing that they hardly have time for introductions until the 3rd volume which is a nice believable touch- not that I can think that something like taht can happen..

This is a really great read. I think the best sci fi thing I've ever read.
Very good art, great story, great characters. Everything about this manga is great.
The characters are really well done. I love when the characters' stories are included (important parts of life and such that lead to events and so on..).
And the story. Really easy to follow.
Full of good scens and really well done story flow.
Also... Marco Owen is super cute X3 I mean, he has to be the best combo of brain and brawn! (won't spoill...)

The ending was amazing!! Well, the added twist a few pages from the very end... the actual ending was a little disappointing

I was expecting a bit of a tragic ending, but it was a happy, "we can save the world" ending :(

But, over all, the manga was AMAZING!! It is still my favorite =)

Quite mysterious, and with enough curiosity, you'll find yourself knee deep into this series before you really realize. The beginning volume and a half or so just sets up the scene, then in the later volumes the development really comes at you in torrents. Very very interesting, from a psycological perspective as you'll find out if you read far enough. Decent art, good characters - a good series in general, one of the better ones for this kind of genre. On a side note, gogo Marco! Kick some ass 😛

This is definitely one of my favorite manga. Not only the plot is very interesting, but the characters are very well fleshed out, believable and sympathetic. And to all those who had to stop at chapter 17 (myself included) some good news. My group (Strays) has picked it up and you'll be seeing chapter 18 very soon. ^^

Every moment I keep expecting to see mecha. I guess because I watched Blue Seed before I picked this one up.

the truth is i only ed this on accident but i start it reading it anyway and i was hooked! i really can't believe this isn't a more popular manga (or that no group is scanlating it anymore ;_😉 i really hope some group either pics it up or my library buys it.
