The Art is nice. You you have some fanservice.
But there is not a real story, point.
Maybe the translation (of volume 1) is that wrong in the overall content, not the single words, that i have this impression. But i suspect that there was no real story to begin with and the translation could be bogus on top of it.
If you use the plot technique of this manga in theater, it is called "deus ex machina". There is always something happening whit any explanation out of the blue. So you constantly try to understand what and why something happens. What they trying to sell to the reader, as a story, is only big BS, for example:
Because the main character (a nobody young boy) wanted to escape bulling in his old school the prime minister(!) of the country were the main character lives in, let him crossdressing as the Princess of the country and transfer to a special all-girls school. Even if he needs a impersonator for the princess, why a all-girls school in which security is a joke? And why him?
Because the main character has a memento from his mother, which by cosmic fate is a super-super mighty thing, and he has to keep it secret, EVERYBODY in his new school knows about it the moment he set his foot in the school.
Because the Head of the school knows he is a boy, and tell him he will be castrated if he touch one of the girls in the school, he (playing the royal princess) has to live whit two girls in the same room (ok, one of them is plain stupid and thick as a brick). By the way the head of the school knows that it would have serve international consequences if it will be found out that that the princess is in truth a impersonator.
No, this don't spoils anything, this is only from the first 2 chapters. And this could go on an on.
Of course in a comedy manga you don't need logic so much ... but wait this manga is not comedy (maybe a bad one). And it is annoying if EVERYTHING is justified whit some cosmic coincidences or pure illogical reasoning. And the oozing pathos in some encounters is repelling. And of course every new opponent is bigger and stronger than a conventional 40 Megaton A-Bomb or 45 Megaton or 50 Megaton or 55 Megaton or ... you get picture. And of course the opponents know everything, so they have alway the surprise and have planned all ahead.
So in the end the only one who can beat the biggest opponent are the beginner in class 1 of the school for superhuman fighter (=Otome). There is nobody else to do the job.
If you like turning points in the "story" like "OMG, he is stronger than the last one!" and some fanservice, than look at pictures, do not bother to read the text. If not, than use your time in a better way than trying to read this manga.
