If you're a Male Dom, then this isn't the manga for you.
If you're a Female Dom, or a male sub, then this might just be the manga for you.
The substitute teacher is one of the slimiest man that ever was.
AXED ENDING. Boom. Situation done. Finito. End.
Nana to Kaoru is more to my liking because NtK has a Male Dom/female sub and is a much happier manga.
P.S.: Xiximaro ( who posted the below comment) is referring to the last chapter.

This manga as comedy in it, through almost all of it. But I won't add comedy to the list, whoever reads this, I will let you add it yourselfs to the list of genres when you finish reading Ibitsu, that is if you can... Can you guess which chapter doesn't let me give this a 10? xD

I really like this manga, characters are interesting, and the story gets my attention. The art could be a little better but that is just preference. The thing that frustrates me is that this is probably never going to be fully translated/scanlated. I can't read Japanese so if I read the raw versions it would most likely take good experience away from this manga for me. I hope someone can scanlate it completely.

I loved this manga even if I had to "read" the remaining non-translated chapters in Japanese (In fact I don't know how to read it). The ending felt a little bit rushed to be fair but I was so immersed in the story that the sadness of the tragedy on the latest chapters will stay with me for several days. I need to check Okada's other works out as soon as possible, but I'll hardly find something as perverse and absorbing as Ibitsu.

This unusual manga has received translation attention again after a loooong delay. Someone has now, as of 2013-05, translated it up through chapter 19. The femdom theme that Okada developed and built upon so interestingly in "Sundome" is back in this manga, and very well done so far. The art is as good as in Sundome, and again beautifully depicts all the usually-under-appreciated beauty of the very slim woman.

This story is something of a specialized taste. In that respect it's remarkably like "Nana to Kaora" by Amazume Ryuta, but with the genders reversed. In "Sundome", Okada went beyond depicting the sexy femdom relationship to reveal the hearts of the participants--just as things currently appear to be playing out in Nana to Kaora.

I believe that Okada is good enough to give us another overall story as good as "Sundome", and maybe better than Amazume Ryuta is giving us now in "Nana".

After reading the first 40 chapters... It is like Sundome, but a bit different in direction.

As the name implies, Ibitsu is more distorted. The sexual tension is brought to new levels, but somehow the fact that majority of the time is spent in a sex store, surrounded by various toys and gadgets, makes the perversion more... mundane.

The relation between the two protagonist shares similarities to Sundome - sadistic mysterious girl and the masochistic boy held back by his obsessions - but occasionally the roles are reversed.

Underneath the layers of jizz, piss and vaginal fluids lies a morbid story of romance. The first four volumes give only subtle hints of how many tragic twists we'll face in the future, but rest assured that "happily ever after" will not be the ending of this story either.

Interesting series, the art is the similar to Sundome. From reading the first three scanlated chapters I would say this series will be very similar ideas and tone from Sundome which was also writen by the same author.

Hoping for More happy pervy romance to come.
