I like the name of the manga. Well, yeah it's true that is kinda predictable...about his step brother and all, but then, why did I put such and high rate? Because I think it's an original story. I think that the different relationshis that yuko get though are interesting, I think that the mangaka is in control of the story. Because I keep reading it and I have a good feeling about it. And because I'm really bored of that main characters that are weak and clumsy and all that "cute staf". I like her friends too. Both extremes. That's it.
The only thing random was the dating. Seriously. But what's worse is that when the mangaka gets to the last guy (aka her ex step brother) it is sooooo short! Shouldn't he get a few more pages? Anyway, this is a pretty predictable manga but it is short, so it is worth reading. Not that much effort or commitment.
The art is pleasant.
However the story isn't so much.
I read this awhile ago and I was bored.
I can't even the facts of the story too much.
If you're looking for another love story or a not-TOO-pointless
one, I'd recommend that you look at her other latest work:
Spicy Pink.
I now know why it's called random walk. It's because of the random/plenty boys yuka liked. It's kind of predictable that yuka would end up w/ his step brother i thought. but it didn't develeop and ended kind of differently. the story w/ the winning boy was short while others are longer. unfair.It was such a short story too bad.

this manga also reminds me ultra maniac. this manga also very unpredictable. its pretty normal shoujo plot but theres a twist. I also think that yuka will end up with her step brother.
this story is soooo annoying!!! marmalade boy was good, but uuughh. this one just gets on my nerves!! I loved this mangaka tooo T.T If you read it, you'll probably understand what I'm saying

its pretty good. I dont get why its called Random Walk. it doesnt seem random at all. it seems to take some exprience from real life. its a great manga to read. i personally like all of Yoshizumi Wataru's works. its a must read talking about romance and its just so different from other shoujo manga. the drama in it is so like real life. ^_^
Although Yoshizumi's drawings always look really similiar to each other, they are no less very interesting to look at. This is a very light amusing read, with many random twisting turns. Hence the name!
Random Walk might as well be called Random Dating. It's all about the main girl dating a series of different guys and breaking up with them for one reason or another. Not too interesting, but I think real life romance would be more like this. Most people have to date several people before settling on The One. I personally think the main girl will end up with her step brother in the end.
