Well, I don't know where it goes but it's not very interesting or funny and the "sensual" (waisted word here) part is just boring. Really, nothing to compare with the Walking Dead or else. I hope the z-peoples will outsmart the gang to offer something interesting later.
interesting story with a zombie-infested world. But why keep the title "Highschool.." when it already spreads entire world. Maybe "A doomed world" will be better instead 🙂
Well, not the best, but its pretty interesting. For a horror manga its pretty low-grade, but its ok, I guess.
It also sorta reminds me of I am legend, with the entire zombie outbreak thing.

it's 10/10. If you look for a serious series, don't read!! The art works is superb, girls are hot, yet very innocent and unique. They have personalities too, that's a plus. Reading this manga is like having a nice action dream, you know what's gonna happen, but you wanna see it happen and you enjoy it.

I think the story has been well done so far. It has really shown the true human condition when faced with survival at the most basic level. Either people will give up, fight, or go crazy. Humans will also have a strong urge to reproduce (thus the echii scenes ... even with the same sex ... it is a release of tension) Ok ... enough psychology. I am looking forward to the rest of the series.
ugh...I'm usually into horror mangas, but "high school of the dead" just doesn't have what it takes to interest the audience...but the art is good though
I didn´t enjoy a manga since Tenjou Tenge like I enjoy HSOTD. It´s like Resident Evil combined with Dead Rising, but the characters are not macho SWAT guys armed to the teeth. It offers a new side to the zombie tales (manga, at least, I don´t enjoy movies of the sort) where the main characters are people with our age (mine at least) figthing between survival, "them" and their will to remain humans (souls, thoughts and the works). I probably like this manga so much because of the OMG! girls (my favorite being Saeko-san), the always present possibility of a turnabout in any direction and the fact that I can relay with some of the characters.
Anyways I strongly recommend this masterpiece.

"Zombies have been done to death" (Pun intended), is a line of episode 200th of SG1, and its true. It really isnt and original idea, but i believe its quite different to what has been done before, thoough i havend readed any zombie themed manga apart from HSOTD, but i like the story so far and I love the Art ;D.
