dropped after chapter 6 - the translation’s way too confusing. kind of slow, not the “intriguing political burner” i was expecting. enjoyed the art and the outfits, haven’t read a manhua in a while. this functioned more like a bl tbh which was interesting since the every single character seems to have been drawn as androgynous. almost questions chinese concept of gender and sexuality at times. but overall, rather plain.
