So...why are they still called "heroes" if they've never done anything heroic in their origin world?
It's not like this world knows of what they did in another one. What, did they just go around calling themselves "heroes" and the rest of the world is now using it as a mockery?
And that second hero that MC killed, the female ocean hero with the water dragon hubby, was dumb as hell. Her "tragic" backstory just made me roll my eyes in real life.
There were zero reasons for the drama and tears that the ocean hero was pathetically and pointlessly going on and on about. None. Unlike the first Hero, ocean hero wasn't socially or culturally rejected by anyone. Her hubby, the sea dragon who followed her to Earth, simply couldn't live as a human. That's it.
Dragon dude could have easily, ridiculously easily, jumped into the ocean at any time when his body rejected its human form. He could have swam his scaly ass into a deep dark corner of the ocean and transformed safely but nah, he had to do it in the middle of a busy sea traffic lane, killing everyone but ocean hero. Dumb ass.
It's not like parting from her would have killed the dragon dude instantly. He could have gone into the ocean first and she could have followed after making enough money to buy a place on an island in the middle of the ocean.
They'd never have had to become an international sensation and target. Ever. If they simply did that. It's so unbelievably dumb. Worst, sea dragon dude was some kind of long-term ruler in the other world yet he couldn't figure out how not to cause a newsworthy incident on Earth?
How the hell was he running his kingdom or whatever? Or maybe that's why that world needed to import "heroes" from another dimension because they'reso incapable on their own.
Yeah, right. Please, be for fucking real now. This is just a really, poorly thought out story.

Literally the worst temper tantrum ever. This is one those series that I'll just wait until it's completely finished and see how it ends, I honestly have no other interest in this series other than that. Kind of reminds me of the series Rooftop Swordsmaster series. Straight up revenge porn lol and not even very good. The bad buy might as well be a puppet and it just makes all his actions feel weightless and contrived. It also feels like the author just throws things into the story and doesn't care about continuity at all. The plot is all over the place at times and the longer the series is, the worse it gets. All the other characters just feel completely hollow and almost carbon copies of each other and they have very little personality. A few of them have cool abilities or powers but that's about as far it goes. The one saving grace of the series is the artwork, it's very good and I honestly feel bad for artist because they have to work with the author of this series.

Its good but after the 2nd season it just becomes a recap of what we are aware of. Instead of ending it they begin to breakdown what happened in the past which is very frustrating This should have ended at chapter 100 but its still ongoing due to this backstory
The story of the hero of return is what makes this manhwa, but it starts at chapter 61.
The first season tells basically a completed story (ch 84) but then it interrupts and postpones the ending and it devolves in a useless flashback on uninteresting side characters of which we already know the fate for the next 40ch, the wait is even longer because the overworked artist must take a long break.
Honestly there is a very good story here, the problem is in the way it's told, it's convoluted and many potential readers were probably put off by the extreme edge of the first part.
I can't recommend this story, if you are interested you could read chapters 61 to 84 which is the main twist and genuinely great storytelling, other than that it's mostly overly edgy slop.
Man this manhwa is so fucking good. Slow and weird start but I swear keep reading. Ignore all these comments. The story picks the fuck up and gets mega wild.
It was very depressing and Grimdark, I felt really unwell, and it may trigger panic attacks if you are vulnerable to excessive thoughts of your own mortality.
It's easier to just watch this summary, spoilers fyi: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8NkOFcckpU&ab_channel=ActionToon

As of doing this rating 38% are at 1/10. Most of the comments are understandable at an earlier state of this webtoon. I started reading this earlier in the week and I can tell you........
Up to chapter 20 the earlier ratings make sense. I don't know what the authors original plan was for the plot but things change. If you're patient and can read through it things make sense.
Chapter 61, 62, 63 & 64 for those of you that left this series and want to see what I'm talking about.
This is an interesting premise. What seemed at first to be a mass product of revenge return make a comeback to be an awesome story . Since most of people here haven't read till the plot changing point, the rating is clearly low.
Turn out, those main character you think isn't the real main character. The Sword hero was made/manipulated into the cold blood evil for a period of times, it not just a emo deppresed kid getting know the cruel world. It doesn't justify his behavior, still it doesn't need to be as he wasn't the main character.
As for the real main character, just one phrase could analyse him: "a broken clock". He's the guy who have overcame all tragic and sacrifice it all, for a the humanity and for the world. His love, friendship, moral and even his life was meant to be sacrifice. What's more impotant? dozen million innocent people plus every thing precious in your life, or the future of the humanity.
With our main character, he chose the second.
This story was never about and emo kid lost every thing and went nuts.
It's about how much can a person can sacrifice. For everything around him.
This is an interesting premise developed in all the wrong ways. What seemed at first an original twist on the isekai genre, portraying the cruel reality of a stranded hero with nothing to return to, quickly turned into the stupidest plot ever. Motivations are too dumb and we’re eventually faced with a nearly mass production of “returned heroes” that has been happening throughout history, rendering pointless the initial premise.
This is the kind of story that makes you wish there was a zero or a negative rating.
