This is like 70% comedy and 30% normal murim. Well done for what it is. The art is better than most and actually so are the fights.
Gosh... I really love Jinmu. I really love the part where he couldn't do anything evil because his body couldn't even do it and he didn't even have the ability to disobey whatever his Master orders or says. The way he also wanted to corrupt his students backfired and they were the one that are slowly corrupting them. He started really unashamed of what he did, but he slowly started feeling guilty.
I am already seeing the development on Jinmu's character from his previous life as the Overlord of the Dark Faction. I am excited about the incoming chapters and so hyped!
The quest to find the Legendary Combination Technique will be arduous, but it will also be a journey that will slowly change his perspective from what he once knew.
The one thing that he viewed as a liability is his greatest asset. After all, once he got what he needed, he will be a very powerful person that will reach the Ultimate Realm! So excited what will come next!
While I am waiting, I couldn't stop re-reading this Manhwa either. I will do it until it's completed or even after it will be completed!

Chapter 40 was the last straw for me. The author sacrifices plot and characters in favor of comedy.
For example the MC sees one of his students do well and he thinks "omg noooo! he is sooo talented! I shouldn't have taught him! I will waste his time by teaching him useless stuff from now on!"
Another example is when some elder in the sect comes to the MC and begs him for money and the MC is like "omg nooo! he's come to take my money again!" when the MC could just refuse to give that guy money.
The story was basically ruined by all of those nonsensical things that are clearly just added for comedic effect. All of those things accumulated over time just ruined the story.
Oh god the MC! Been so long since I found a wuxia MC that is not an idiot or a psycho, and the enemies aren’t like those arrogant young masters in chinese comics… and did I mention the MC is amazing? He’s hilarious, but there’s also definitely character growth. You can definitely see the depth in his character. And his interactions….pffft. For a supreme dark leader he’s really endearing and likeable. Also…did I mention the art and pacing in the manhwa is amazing?!

Art is really nice.
MC isn't that dumb.
At first, I really didn't know what to think of him, but having read till chapter 27, he's not that bad. 🤔🤷♀️
