This generation's Hero is a ordinary villager girl named Kyrie whose gift is merely being able to boil water.
When her family and friends are slaughtered, Kyrie is backed into a corner and learns the true value of that boiling hot power, and how well it could be used to fan the flames of revenge that burned inside of her.

It's hard to draw the line between something being edgy or cringe but for me the absurd nature of the characters and heavy lack of self-awareness make this unreadably cringe.
If you like a lot of other edgy revenge fantasies with one dimensional characters, decent art in general but great art during the action scenes, awkward worldbuilding and fights that make you think "Why didn't this character just do X instead?" every other page then this might work for you better than it did for me.
