It's not like an otome game in the slightest! I've never heard of an otoge with female supremacy, but I have heard of galge and harem manga with similar premises. 'Made by a company that made galge' part checks out.
I guess the otome game fad sells better than other isekai?

Despite its namesake with the word "Otome game" (a dating game for girls in JP) . It's truly a shounen manga , yeah, it's truly made for male readers, a very difference isekai-otome manga
