There are a few unusual things about «Cafe Go Yo». Number one, their coffee sucks. Number two, their customers never order off the menu. And number three, Go Yo, the cafe manager, is deaf. So when Soo Hwa s as a part-timer, though he is not expected to learn how to make good coffee, he is asked to expand his sign language vocabulary beyond the words: «higher», «pay» and «please». But when Go Yo offers to give him private lessons, Soo Hwa is reluctant. Not because he doesn’t want to study, but because he has a «hard» time around Go Yo. Like, literally. He gets hard. Whenever he hears Go Yo’s deep, sexy voice. 3o235l

ch7 first sex scene, bottom MC is begging the top ML to stop
ch106 MC is completely wasted when ML starts sex with him, he comes to during sex with no memory of what happened while he was drunk.
There are a handful of scenes where one of the characters (usually the mc) is asking to stop while the other character coerces them into going another round.

I recall liking the art but the story is so thin it's missing any kind of meaningful conflict to be resolved b/t the couple. I even read up to the late ch 80s before dropping it because it kind of never got better but at least it's not loldrama tropes I guess.
The standout points would be having a disabled LI and how the MC learns Sign language to communicate with him in the beginning. Also, the art is simple and cute. I feel like meh there are just so many different webtoons ongoing that I can't think of a good reason to devote a reader's time and energy to this.
The art is simple manhwa style, which makes sense for it's webtoon periodic release schedule. I had been reccomended this series for its slice of life and finished it in under a day. I can't help but feel that earlier chapters, up to roughly chapter 50-70, were much longer as it fleshed out the main villain and dramatic points. The author then suddenly hard pivoted to a lovey dovey slice of life and from then on there is virtually no more character development.
The MC and main love interest grow to become each other's complements and then stay stuck there. I understand not having any more large kdrama level plot developments, but the only conflict they ever had after the main villain is 'conquered' is the main love interest's occasional jealous streak. This is always resolved with make up sex by the next chapter though. I feel that as characters, the MC and love interest had much more potential to be fleshed out instead of just drawing their indulgent fantasy love life but suppose that isn't what the audience wanted. Still a highly reccomended series.
What a solid debut work. I loved the art, enjoyed the main and side characters and the story.
One of my favourite mangas! Really in love with how the relationship develops between two guys and the inclusion of someone almost deafness
I was so ready to love this manhwa. The art style is cute and dynamic, the story handles Yohan's disability with care, and even the tertiary characters are well developed. But. Yohan is awfully casual about consent for someone who (SPOILERS) was nearly raped himself. He constantly ignores Soohwa's feelings during their sexual encounters (and it only gets worse once they started officially dating!), explicitly refuses to stop when Soohwa asks him to and engages in aggressive sex as a form of "punishment" in at least two opportunities. He's also disturbingly careless with Soohwa, to the point one would think he views him as a glorified sex toy. He hurts him, says "sorry" after he's done, and the story brushes it off. Rinse and repeat. Boy, is the tonal dissonance in what is otherwise a fluffy, absurd rom-com STRONG. I still enjoyed it, but I wished they had focused on the comparatively healthier (yeah, stalking and all) secondary relationship instead.
Soohwa and Yohan are cuties of the year! Jihye is just adorable ❤️ well, that thing between Gyoon and that Namwoo was stupid, but I'm trying to forget about it...
A rape tag should be added because Yohan took advantage of Soowha when he was drunk. Hated how everyone glossed over that. AND how Yohan doesn't listen to Soowha when he says "no". But the aesthetic and vibe of the whole manhwa is soft, that's why everyone brushes it off, unfortunately. Besides that, the story is very nice and the romance is actually good.
Its a very lighthearted webtoon with a lot of sex haha I enjoyed reading it, but the story was not as complex as I expected it would be. I guess not all webtoons have to be though so I think overall it was a good read. The art wasn't too remarkable, but it suits the story.
