How can this author make shuck a interesting MC? yet everyone else this Boring! normally It will not matter' the problem you have to go trough entire chapters of boredom following unlikable people, maybe that's the thing we like the MC because he is the only one remotely likeable!? and without the secondary character we realize the MC is not all that interesting!
Wouldve been much better off with a similar setup to Trash, with only one guy transmigrated. The time spent with other characters is just boring. Nothing humorous happens, they're just to explain weird systems based on nepotism (for some reason).
Many complain about the chapters wasted on other side characters. I don't mind to an extent but they're not really likable so I have to agree when it's stretched out between chapters where the focus is back on the MC.
I also see plenty of people saying this is from the same author of FFF-Class Trashero. I retort so, I think that series's name fits it perfectly, it's trash.
One warning for this one. DO NOT READ ANY SPOILERS ON WHAT HAPPENS LATER ON DOWN THE LINE. My curiosity got the better of me and now I don't really care to read this further. Sure, the source material doesn't mean the author will always do the same with the manga version but this author will. He ruins this plot not once, but twice.
If you're bored this isn't a bad read. I like the make-up between the MC and his god but other than that there's not much going for it.
Don't get mixed up between almost identical sounding series:
'Is This Hero for Real?' and 'Is This Hunter for Real?' are series both done by Parnar.
Fairly similar style as well - MC is scheming and has unusual strength, that may or may not be related to some sentient higher power.

It's kinda boring because it's toooooooo much focus on fucking other characters
In an alternate story where he still doesn't take shit from anybody and forges his own path against all odds.
He's not about to change who he is just because he was thrown into another world on hard mode. He'll do things his way - something that others just won't understand.
Unfortunately, it does spend a bit too much time on the other characters.
Maybe that's why it couldn't reach its true potential and got axed at 101 chapters.
