Hello. The banner (with Chi from Chobits and all the rest), the button, my profile access on the top bar all are missing. Is that normal? I'm also having a hard time accessing my manga lists from time to time. It either won't open it, or I have to keep clicking to open it in a new tab. I'm not sure where I should ask this stuff.

That's a problem on your end. Try deleting your browser's cache and cookies
