There was this one manga which I think might be licensed but let's give this a go here. I first heard about this around Dec 2010 and it was fairly new back then. It's about this girl who dresses as her brother to attend a prestigious boys-only private school and meets these eccentric characters right off the bat. I think she had a toddler-aged baby brother at home but I might be confusing this with another shounen-ai manga with similar details. I recall that her family was not wealthy, though. 174a4p

I found it. It was Houou Gakuen – Misoragumi
now back to looking for that yaoi manga set in a boarding school. The protagonist in that one had several young siblings.
