From Village Idiot: 47102l
A colourless world, a pure white world, a world where everything is filled with only one colour. During what ought to have been a young man's usual walk to school, Sai was suddenly blown away to such an extraordinary world.
There, he witnesses two young girls' fight unfold before him. One of them is a blonde girl he has never seen before, and the other is Mikage Mikuro, a senpai at his high school. Then, the blonde girl appears as a transfer student before Sai, who has just returned to the original world. In order to grant her wish, she ed the battle game "Over Image" on her own and now she seems to have come to seek out Sai to be her companion.
2 Volumes (Complete)

I liked the idea/plot. I would have liked to see more battles, but for that the story would have needed to be longer.
The story ...
centers around the male MC and 3 girls, and ends with the group still with a way to go before their wishes can be granted. I wanted to see how they get to have their wishes come true, too.
This is not a Romance.
The girls seem to have a slight crush on the guy, or want to have him by her side as a friend; and he wants them as just friends too, apparently. Either way, is too short to develop romance and the focus is elsewhere.
This is a Seinen, not a Shounen
We have a few battles, but the story center in the moral of the MC, who wants to clear the game without killing the opponents, without seen more "misfortune".
In the white world, a parallel dimention, if you clear the game, your wish is granted; but if you get killed ("lost") you forget all about the game and your worst fear come true, thus bringing misfortune to you.
I agree with the previous poster, the story deserved a better art.

Personally, a drawing like DxD would've fit this kind of story more. Also, there was no heart fluttering moments like any Romance should have nor did it have any heart beating moments that Shounen should have. Honestly, I was attracted by story and I finished it by imagining the drawing in different form while keeping the story the same.
