Kinda hilarious, like a One-Punch Man gimmick. Serious MC unfortunately finds out that he can only power-up/transform into a magical girl to fight for justice. Think "Hit Girl" from Kick-Ass.
Hero settings are very similar as well (superheroes go about defeating random villains).

As one reviewer mentioned, it was published into a web version so it's no longer just art sketches. Unfortunately the english translations are just starting. The Chinese version is out till chapter 35 as of March 2018.

The MC is just so cute!!! The comedy is good as well. A draw back is the art - its like half finished :/

Took off a point because the art is rough. This is one of the uncommon genderbenders involving manly men transforming into cute girls and it is done well. The story has good pacing and the art looks good if unfinished. Even if you don't care for gender benders, this is worth a read for its parodying of super heroes.

It's a parody manga about what the description says (like those japanese shows where a monster based on a random thing usually appears in town and a hero must eliminate it).
I find it hilarious (hence my note). The concept is well portrayed, the art is quite good and the action is well shown. More chapters please!

EDIT: It looks like it's getting properly published now with some improvements in art.
It's adding new material after new chapter 6, compared to the initial version.
