Kuzuha Minase, a female college student, was born with a psychic constitution. She hears that there is an amazing psychic at the café "Gyokuto" near her university, and goes there to find Tomonari Takakura, who is said to be a reincarnation of Seimei Abe, and Hozumi Hino, the master of the café.
