Transmigrating into the main character of your favorite book sounds like a dream come true, but knowing Viola Vellatoux grows to be disappointed in her ending, Arin Han sets out to rewrite the story. However, her adoptive family will not hesitate to assassinate one another in their fight for control. The new Viola needs to use her wits to convince everyone that she has what it takes while remaining true to her goal. Further complicating her schemes, the male lead looks eerily familiar and has a strange effect on her when she gets too close. 1g3r10

Starts out interesting and then loses all originality and becomes pretty standard fare. The scary duke dad only loves the woman reincarnated in the body of the little girl, who reminds him of his dead wife (ick). Same with psycho brother, tomboy sister, genius sister, competent butler, gay butler, male leads 1 and 2, gruff old soldier, fairy spirit… they are all obsessed and having jealous fits over the 12-year-old princess with the brain of an adult Korean woman. Hits every transmogrifier cliche.
But the translation is bad.
And applying ointment on the cloth instead of the skin ? I know it’s a detail, but still, that’s lazy.

It's another she-knows-a-lot-about-the-future-so-she-uses-it-to-seem-like-a-genius. Part of me is worried that as time goes on it will become one of those ones where the present is now different from what she expected so she's going to start flailing and being incompetent or dense but that hasn't happened yet. Until that happens I really enjoy watching her appear to be a genius for all intents and purposes. Can't wait to read more.
Forget about all the loving adoptive families we all know so well, this family is CRAZY. The level of craziness reminds me of Roxana's family, but this one is more cute and childish. Our cute transmigrated heroine is gradually winning hearths of everyone and I AM LOVING IT. It has beautiful art, the story is funny and interesting.
Let's navigate a murderous, dysfunctional, and edgy family with love.
What shall we play together today sister? I'll kill you if you kill me?
