Look, this is a decent story, it starts really well, and it peaks at chapter like 5 it just goes downhill after.

Should you read it? Let’s talk about it. Is it a good zombie story? No, it’s not. Zombies were never a threat by nature of our protagonist and enemies, it just might as well be replaced with any deadly virus and the story would not change at all. Is it a good robot story? Yes, the zombies are just an excuse to appeal to a wider audience, but this is an robot story at heart.

That’s all well and good if you don’t mind the zombie neglect, the thing is, the author has never heard in their life the expression “show don’t tell”. As every other chapter is paragraph after paragraph of world history and it’s comparisons to what is happening. Yes, we know it’s bad, and the action and reaction are bad, no need to give us a 10 page example on why it’s bad, it goes like “in 1973 something happened and it’s very similar to what’s happening rn!!” Yes. We know.

The art is ok, the designs are also ok, the character development stops abruptly at like chapter 14, and our protagonists become one dimensional cutouts of what they could’ve been, it’s honestly such a waste of a good idea…

And while it sounds like I’m shitting on it too hard, the truth is that is able, the plot armor is strong but it has some decent explanations along the line.

5/10, read it if you have nothing else to read
