There are no surprises here. There's barely any conflict. It's short. But it doesn't totally suck, and the characters are honest about their feelings. None of that cliche yaoi dithering about whether they're gay or not. The sex is neither particularly hot nor particularly bad. Above all else, I'd call this "readable."
The age gap tag is technically true, I think, but it's barely mentioned in the story and has zero effect on the plot.
