I really love the character building and the setting of this story. The manhwa abruptly ends during cliff's backstory. I would not recommend reading because it will be disappointing to not reach any conclusion.
Hello. Does anyone know if this was cancelled by Toomics too? I'm reading it on the English version, but I noticed that in the Korean one, it stopped at Chapter 130 and it says here that it's on hiatus. It will take a few months for the English one to catch up (it's still at Chapter 100), but I was hoping the next season can start before that.
I wasn't very drawn to this manhwa from the plot summary, it sounded like a typical BL, but it's certainly not. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a refreshing, interesting and cute story.
WHAT I LIKED:
-Interesting, mysterious plot
-Slow pace (but not so slow it slacks)
-Characters with depth and personal stories
-Gorgeous art and character design
-Setting (a well-structured fantasy world)
-Fun to read but serious when the moment calls for it
-Interesting moral dilemma (the hero's)
-Cute, mature romance without unnecessary smut (so far, we've seen only kisses, and it was sooo cute my nose almost bled)
WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE:
-I felt the romance developed sooner than it should have. I don't exactly mean it was fast-paced, but maybe a little more development would have been nice.
-Every main character (male) is either in love with or dating a man... I don't think that's bad at all, but it certainly doesn't feel realistic. But well, this is common in BL.
BOTTOM LINE: Excellent read if you're in the mood for an interesting and long fantasy-themed BL without explicit content (so far...).
