Wow...this series blows. I mean the artstyle is good but the whole series itself is weak compared to the original. Plot, characters, fights, ecchiness, they're all nothing compared to the original. It's unique in its own way but lacking the spark that makes it good. Also the dramatic change in characters makes up for really weak story telling as well, since everybody is way too positive. Even Eva in this series shows no real sense of brutality. That's why I hate series that try to remake the original (That's why animes usually suck compared to their manga counterparts)

Why does this even exist? It's pretty much the same as the original manga except bad. Negi was awesome the way he was, why make him pathetic like every other harem lead ever 😕

why not comment on the story and art? this is an official manga after all. it seems to be a happy medium between the original manga and the newer of the two anime's.
