I wouldn't call it an axed ending, but it definitely wasn't a complete ending. It felt like there was a lot more that should have been done.

From the first chapter you can already tell that this will be a story that moves b.c the author says so and not because character or logic. I don't care for "because author said so stories" so I don't believe I will continue to read this.

The female lead can fight which is fine, but when the FL is placed in the new body she single-handedly defeats "hired" thugs with ease. From this scene alone I can tell that all conflicts tossed at the FL will be defeated by plot armor.

The rest of the chapter doesn't offer anything original which I won't say is a con since lack of originality doesn't necessarily mean that a story is bad. A well told cliche story can be quite enjoyable, however this story is told in an uninteresting way and neither the ML or the FL came off as interesting to me.
