But mediocre writing. All the history this alleged "history-geek" refers to are Sekigahara and Chi-Bi. Wonder if this is going to be another smart guy novel dragged down by the author's intelligence.
The evil god will probably introduce some revolutionary tactic like guerrilla warfare, using high ground, or using ranged combat or something that the genius commander Drake somehow didn't know, swallowing up armies twice as large as his own by saying a few words and exponentially growing his way towards winning the hearts of his opposing evil gods.
Actually in this one the setting and the plot build up, something that I cant seem to find in many novels as of late. I like the demon gods stuff(one of my weak points) and the characters seem interesting. The potential is there and maybe in 30-40 chapters it will become a shining new star 🙂

I am guessing in one year or two we may see a manga. they do this quite often with the series that they release as light novels from web novel format. a manga has a good chance of coming out. no guarantee, but it might since it is alpha polis. ak scans will probably pick it up as a translation project if that happens.
