Seoyeon and Geonha once had a loveless marriage of convenience for their families’ business ambitions. Or at least, they believed it was loveless. When Seoyeon leaves Geonha for another man, Geonha finds himself wallowing in lingering bitterness and resentment. Meanwhile, Seoyeon is living a new life abroad with her young son Junu, until everything changes when Geonha seeks her out on behalf of his ailing grandmother, a wealthy businesswoman who cared deeply for Seoyeon. As the two re-enter into a pretend marriage, this time to appease Geonha’s grandmother, they discover lingering feelings that had been buried in the past. 5fk1p

Filled with typical k-drama tropes and stereotypes but I still found it enjoyable overall. The ending was a little rushed for my taste. They could have cut out some of the drama from earlier chapters to flesh out the ending better. I’m glad I read it, but it’s one I wouldn’t read again.
The end is cute but the plot is solely based on the 2 main characters inability to talk properly and that very weak for a plot. Both of them are idiots and the only likable characters are Hyerim (the best friend), Junu (the kid) and to some extent Mr Jo (the assistant).
It looks like the story was made to be picked up and turned into a -lucrative- 9 o'clock drama; love at first sight, crazy mother in law, a good redemption story and a doting father; but it's lacking in so many ways and ends up being unoriginal and forgettable story.
The art is very pretty. I'd like to see more from the artist.
it's the usual lack of communication trope, where they have their unsaid feelings in between a contract because of their complicated family issues. The art is cute and uncommon---it's like a storybook. JUNU IS THE GREATEST. FL is eh, ML is too horny lol.
It's bearable but not recommended.

Dropped.
I could only keep reading till chapter 68.
The repercussions for the villain seemed too exaggerated. The story doesn't have a good foundation.
The alone art alone carried the story.
The ML takes all the blame though the FL never communicated with the ML properly.
4/10.

The male and female lead initially get married do to a misunderstanding between the two of them that would have been insanely obvious to anyone with more than 2 braincells, this leads the fmc to believing the ml doesnt love her as both the misunderstanding and the fact he is almost never around nor does he talk to her ever. The proceed to get divorced, then have to pretend to be married due to family circumstances and then proceed to again not talk to each other about even basic concepts or ideas, let alone emotions. My overall hope for the series would be that both leads die, as they are simply too stupid to live. (have proceeded to look ahead in raws, only could understand some of the text but based on the images and interpersonal behavior between the characters all the way at chapter 50 they still suck.)
