Exactly what the title implies, I'd like to read a manga that has a guy who looks really cool or like one of those typical hot guys/bishies but really he's a weirdo or completely not what he appears to be. 5g4o28
For example, I saw my sister reading this manga where this guy was totally er.. hot but he was playing ping pong naked for god knows what reason. Yeah stuff like that.

Mishounen Produce was the first one that came to my mind, he is really hot and acts cool around everyone except his childhood friend, and then he becomes.... a weirdo
and maybe Ties of Comion, he is supposed to be good looking but you cant really tell because of the drawings, and hes not crazy or anything but very different then what people think he would be.

Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu! (I would highly reccommend checking out the Fumoffu anime as it focuses more on the 'Cool/Weirdo Guy' doing normal things at school compared to the main FMP series, which you only need to read the 1st volume of the manga to get the gist of it before skipping right to the Fumoffu anime 🤣 )

I'm actually gonna go on a limb here and guess the manga your sister was reading was actually Gundam 00 dj - Shiritsu Ptolemy Gakuen as all 8 volumes all completely scanlated and also CRACKY (if you don't mind a little light shounen-ai jokes).

and tart, I absolutely love Harry Potter (and a healthy of shounen-ai) + the doujin sounds promising but the manga my sister was reading was Shokugeki no Soma. I don't know anything about the plot or what that particular chapter was about but seeing a naked hot guy play ping pong so earnestly made me laugh so hard I knew I wanted to read more characters like him.
