I have now read the manga you recommended (and quite a few others as well). However I'm all out of material again, so I would be grateful if you had any more suggestions for me. The criteria are still the same as outlined in my first post with another one added.
What I like: Gore that has a deep subplot
Example: Ichi the killer
Thank you in advance
Saver it's realy good after the first chapters. My favorite is the arena fight 🙂

Friedrich Nietzsche (1844 - 1900) - "Man is more ape than many of the apes."
Jean-Paul Sartre - "You are--your life, and nothing else."
Henrik Ibsen - "The majority is always wrong; the minority is rarely right."

Gunslinger Girl I really really recommend you this one.
What I like in Trivial Pursuit style. Pick your category:

So yet again I more or less ran out of manga to read. Any other suggestions that fit the categories I previously presented would be appreciated.

Sword art online: aincrad might just hit the spot. It is in my opinion a darker themed series, although personally I would recommend watching the Aincrad arc in the anime or reading the light novel, as I liked those more than the manga. Just a slight warning: while the series gets more romance driven at the end of the first arc (aincrad) and afterwards, it might turn out to be not to your liking.
Kurozuka is quite confusing at the start, but I think it should fit your tastes.
Also I still think you should read Gunslinger Girl (less dark, but with awesome character development and not clear distinction between good and evil).

Dean Wonderland but it's on hiatus. It's about a boy who is falsely accused of the murder of his entire class and is sent to Dean Wonderland - the most hellish prison on Earth, where every day is a fight to live.

A few of my favs of the dark sienen category (the rest are already on your lists)
Dogs; bullets and carnage-Very dark ambient with lots of evil plots, badass characters and fight or die situations.
Shut hell-historical, but sienen and definately dark.
Shin angyo onshi-really dark ambient, and has similar character traits that were in your like section. Good/bad side shown in some arcs too.
Closest to your 'loves' categories
Skyhigh-This has rules to follow I think, but mainly about the gatekeeper to the afterlife and tough decisions people have to make.
Dendrobrates-crime with a badass protagonist
Yokokuhan-crimes but mainly ues the internet to dodge the police but at the same time broadcasts the punishments he dishes out to people he thinks deserve it...
Other decent dark sienen/shounen mangas:
Zombie loan
Telepathic wanderers
Embalming
C.A.T
Babel
Brave ten
Malicious code
Kouya ni Kemono Doukokusu
Dawn tsumete te

Putting aside dialogue for a moment, try Blame!, Noise and Biomega. Tsutomu Nihei stories may short on words but they bring it all the same.
Maken X
Junk - Record of the last hero
Arm of Kannon a caveat: nobody has freaking scanlated this, and tokyopop doing it's best to suck, never reprinted it.
Arigatou
Crying Freeman gritty 80's manga at it's best
Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service bit of comedy in this one
Mail
Agharta
Reiko the Zombie Shop
that's all I got that hasn't already been posed or is on your lists.
also Bastard!!. Although I've only got a cursory understanding of it, so yeah.
Sarcasm just doesn't work over the internet.
