I wanted to find manga that give off a peaceful atmosphere despite whatever that goes on, preferably with supernatural elements. I'm not exactly looking for regular day-to-day slice of life manga.

Unfortunately I haven't read either of your examples but at least I felt somewhat like that while reading these...

not sure if i got your meaning, but my guesses are:
Sougiya Riddle . all are Supernatural.
something about Noblesse is that in the middle of crisis, there's always laughter.i don't know how to put it, there are characters that take everything so lightly to joke in most tense/sad situations and make everyone speechless!
Edit: and Loveless is a really peacefull manga despite being Supernatural-action. no gore and blood. it's more mystery and psychology than supernatural. like most Yun Kouga mangas are.

Kino no Tabi - The Beautiful World (Novel) has that peaceful feeling to it but its only a novel or an anime, there is no manga adaption for it

ahhh i loooove Mushishi and Natsume. Both anime are great. Funny 'cuz i was wondering about the same thing ^^
Kisswood maybe. haven't read the whole thing so idk for sure.
oh & there's also Gingitsune: Messenger Fox of the Gods. The manga isn't translated but it does have an anime, which has a similar feel to Mushishi and Natsume.

Although there are no supernatural elements at all I would highly recommend Bonnouji, very peaceful relaxed and fulfilling manga.

Oh I agree on the peaceful athmosphere thing in Natsume Yuujinchou and Mushishi. Hmm I have tried looking something like these for myself too and found some mangas but I'm still searching for better ones. Kinda disappointing how few there seems to be.. 🙁
