This week's poll was suggested by crossyuuki. Oddly enough, I don't think we've ever asked this question before. We've never really done a survey on who our s are and why they stay 1a453y

You can submit poll ideas here
http://mangaupdates.sitesdebloques.biz/showtopic.php?tid=3903

Previous Poll Results:
Question: Do you believe in ghosts and/or supernatural things in general?
Choices:
Does/Do God/gods count? - votes: 560 (11.1%)
I don't and will never believe - votes: 840 (16.7%)
I believe they exist but haven't seen them - votes: 1374 (27.3%)
I don't believe, but could change my mind if I see something - votes: 1856 (36.9%)
I've seen them - votes: 395 (7.9%)
There were 5025 total votes.
The poll ended: June 30th 2018

Seeing is believing, eh?

It was kinda random. But, mainly To create my own series list, as my ever-growing lists ware growing larger day by day and becoming very hard to maintain on a text file at time which I used to do to keep track.
Also To find a new series to read obviously. Duh!

It's been so long that I don't exactly, but I think I stumbled onto the site while I was searching for info on the source manga of an anime I watched. And that was the beginning of an almost decade-long love affair...with no end currently in sight 😀 😛

to keep up to date with manga release. i those times there were only a handfull of manga aggregator and some scanlator didn't have website or the website is not updated. this question really takes me back. naruto and bleach were still in tenth chapters and the famous manga were kaminomi pretty face and gto

My answer would be "other".
I actually only heard about the site after already ing a scanlation group, believe it or not! 🤣
The first time I came to the site is because my group just had me release a chapter, and they wanted me to post it on here. 😃

I'm also in the camp where I can't exactly why I "first" came to MU. I feel the reason I ed was to find new series or keep track of what I was reading?

I think I had seen the site around before I actually tried using it/ing though. I probably had googled manga names and clicked on MU thinking it was a reading website before.

This is actually the exact reason why I ed MU.

Now that I've learned how invaluable the Lists function is, I don't think I can ever leave.

It seems a lot of us have forgotten why or how we first got to MU. I think I found this site through some mentioning of it on one of those aggregate reader sites. I was in elementary then and didn't realize aggregate sites took scans from scanlators until I found MU.

It seems a don't option would have been popular, I'm really not sure what I wanted (2, 3 or 4 are the more probable) But I really liked when we easily had the groups links before so you can easily read in their page instead of going to aggregator sites.
