Raws or translated?

For raws, I would suggest looking into the artist's twitter/pix/blog/etc.

For translated, see which circle/group is doing that and check their socials.

The example given above: I checked a few sites that post scans and just referenced when those were posted. It is inconsistent, but one could squeeze out an answer of the first two weeks of the month in Fall and Spring. . . which happen to be when the major conventions are.

Use that info as you will.
