I choose Mars though, I think because of the assumption back then, that human can live in Mars. Not to mention there's Aria/Aqua (and maybe some other fictional work) that used Mars as a second man-home setting..

Pluto was the best. I miss it. R.I.P.

Jupiter, the only planet so big it competes with the sun in pulling other planets to it, takes a bunch of the more dangerous projectiles for us, and has a giant red storm the size of at least 20 earths raging in it.

What's not to love? Saturn with its ring is a close second... I have to blame No Man's Sky for that, as I never did appreciate it the way I do now.

Mars as I am a Sci-Fi fan but Jupiter is the best Sailor Scout.

Mars, Jupiter (Zeus) and Pluto are the most interesting gods. Jupiter wins here. He turned into a swan to rape a woman! Back when gods were interesting.

I love how this question is specifically designed to include Pluto. It's hard to imagine that there are kids born now who've never had Pluto as a planet.

Anyway, my favorite planet is Mars. I think I had a reason as a kid for why, but I've long forgotten it by now. At this point, I just think it's neat.
