And there's no point in learning Korean and revisiting the manwha because one probably need years of reading experience to distinguish those characters at that size/resolution, especially if you don't know what font is being used, if any.Only option left is to hope for netcomics to allow payment via paypal someday. Or... I dunno, explore the possibility of getting a credit card? You like using paypal? Well, they offer pre-paid debit cards that are linked directly to your paypal . It's also accepted as a credit card (MasterCard).

I think I've also seen pre-paid MasterCards at various Currency Exchange or money exchange outlets that basically act as gift cards.

Do you even have a bank where you keep your money? Don't they offer you a free debit card? I really don't understand the problem here. I mean, I assume you have money since paypal is an option for you, but... I don't get it.

Actually I have/had one, but it's out of date and the replacement never arrived.
Possibly the bank thought my income wasn't high enough anymore, being a student and all.

Found a complete Russian version of it on the net, which turns out to actually be easier to read than the raws, because its easier to decypher due to less and bigger characters and because it's closer to English, so google translate produces quite good translations.
The names make me guess it might not have been translated directly from Korean though. Most likely it went via English, which makes my attempt to read it kinda ironic.
In any case, I read chapters 2-4 in google-translated Russian so far. Very slow, though I'm kinda learning the occasional Russian word in the process, which removes the need to ask google in a few rare cases. (Yay, I no longer have to look up "What?"!)
Not sure if I'll finish the manga this way. Might cave and either give up or try to get my mom to let me borrow her credit card. Finishing or giving up sound more likely though.
I sure as heck won't re-read it this way, even though I'm writing down everything I translate. If I do want to read it again, I'll wait for netcomics to allow paypal payments.
