Hmm, I personally don't know of a manga quite like this, but it sounds a lot like livinthefuture on Instagram. It's about a girl who just graduated high school who stumbles into a portal to the future, the Year 3000. It's a crazy supernatural world with monsters and stuff. She still has her phone and can post to Instagram. The gimmick is the real life Instagram is supposed to be her Instagram in the story, and readers can comment and talk to the main character as a form of audience participation. Sadly it went on indefinite hiatus a couple years ago, but it was great. I don't know what the author is up to now.
