I read all that has been scanlated, and i am lost, is the current part a flashback? he learned some ki and became overpowered, and than that toma guy showed up, and in a chapter i saw Ryo Narushima kicking some guys ass in the snow and i thought "He's back!!" and than suddenly it reverted back to a weaker Ryo and some turnament,, why? 😕 404s1o

Does reading a manga that is awesome really take that much will-power? Just don't try to read it in one go.

A short summary of the current arc:

Yes, the new story arc is partly a flashback, it focuses on Toma, a genius dancer who sees the match between Ryo and Sugawara on TV, (which happened some time ago in the manga) and decides to quit dancing and start doing martial arts.
He then talks to Sugawara before the second fight in which Sugawara is injured.

Some time es, back to the present. Ryo realizes he's gotten weaker and starts training with a grappler-type fighter (and by beating up random people as usual 😀 ) and is getting better again.
Another tournament is organized, in which Ryo is to fight Toma. (plus some other dudes on both sides)
This is basically where the scanlations are now.

So wait... not only is WFP scanlating (obviously illegal 😐 ), but they are also selling their releases? Is there a part of this I should understand?

I can understand scanlating and giving out the material for free to poor bastards that don't work or have debts (like myself), but scanlating and asking for money beyond that? I would never respect a group like that... pretty despicable.
