noooo not weird at all. i thought the same thing to when i saw it first. anyways, i think it is Ao no Fuuin. it really seems like it. im quite sure that's what you're looking for. if not then good luck cuz i can't think of anything else.

well the art looks a lot from **Tsumi Ni Nureta Futari ** or a work done by the same author! Im sure since her work looks idential to this. Hope it helps..Im about 90% that's her work.

Tsumi Ni Nureta Futari is definately the name for the picture. Quite a heavy theme tho.

Damn, I could've sworn that this was "When a Heart Beats" by Kaori Yuki-- same clothing, same hair, same art style...
After going through the one-shot again though, it wasn't. ._.
I would still bet that the mangaka's Kaori Yuki though.
