First, if you want recommendations, you should post in the "I'm Looking For..." section. Topics in a specific manga forum should be only about the specific manga...

And BBC Code, that depends on what you want. If you want to put a manga name for example, should be manganame, same for author, but with [a][/a]...

even stuff that has a pretty high rating here on this site isn't that well know outside of some selected few communities so pretty much anything could fit your "didn't read yet". as underrated is completely subjective I can't answer the other part...
