I think it's a part of collection of shoujo stories.All I can is that there's this girl who keeps on waiting and waiting for her boyfriend(?) to their meeting place but he never came.In the end, it was revealed that she got into an accident (due to the storm) and died while on her way to meet him. I don't exactly the details but I think it was either her hat or her sandal that was floating on the river on the day of her death.The boyfriend came back years later and it was only then, she realized she's dead and that it was her ghost who keeps on waiting for him. 4w6b3t
