When you are searching for a yaoi (I know in this case you want any kind of genre), post it on the Yaoi/Yuri section, is easy for people who read those genres to visit your topic.

Nothing like what you are looking for, but Sora wo Daite Oyasumi is probably the best yaoi with brother loving brother that I know. It's very sad, tho.
Bokura no Negai has step-brothers and it looks like a romance will be born between them. One of the characters doesn't like the other in the beginning (probably jealous of him). Anitsuu! has a similar story, but I don't like it.
Try Sawatte, Tokashite chapter 5-6, the younger brother avoids the older one, so the older thinks he hates him.
You can try Super Lovers too, but I don't like it.
