It's a very specific request, I know, but do any of you know a manga in which a terrible, shitty person transitions to being a nicer one? 2m26u

For example, there's a manga called 'Onani Master Kurosawa', where there's this bully, Suwaga, who is just insufferable. She spends half of the manga just torturing Kita, and being an all around awful person.

God, she was such an evil bitch.
She was just rotten.

But she matures over time, becomes a better person, and ultimately

falls in love with Kurosawa .

I guess I just really like this kind of character development for some reason. Is there anything like this in any manga you guys know?

Other times this happened in a manga I've read:
Assassination Classroom (Sorta)

You could try Project Arms. While overall the manga is pretty dark there are a few characters that go from being terrible to relatively (for this universe) decent people. The poster child for this would be Al Bowen but it is also true to a lesser extent for Kei Kuruma and much later Keith Green. However, terrible person in this manga does not refer to something as mild as bullying. We are talking about murder, mass-murder and borderline genocide. Thankfully, actual sadism is rare in this manga.

For something milder you could try Akatsuki no Yona. I was quite fond of the character growth for Kang Tae-jun.

For something comedy based you should think about Tende Freeze!

Thank you all for the suggestions!
I think I'll check out Ore ga Doutei Whatever first, but Project Arms seems to be pretty interesting.

Alright, I'm finished with Ore ga Something or Other.
It's not really what I was asking for, but still awesome nonetheless.

I guess it's Project Arms time.

This is a pretty popular manga, so you may have heard of it already.
"Hana Yori Dango" by Kamio Youko

It involves a selfish, violent rich boy who eventually learns to stop seeing everyone as beneath him.

I apologize if my first recommendation did not really fits with your request, but I think my second and third recomendations will be closer to what you want.

Please allow me to recommend another series about character growth:

Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan (a suicidal girl and a prisoner who face death sentence)

I'd say from the Onani, right?

And, well, character going good, haven't seen anything topping prince Zuko yet.
