Hibi Chouchou Cutest manga I read recently <3
Love So Life I only read a few chapters. But it's pretty sweet. If somewhat slow.
Taiyou no Ie the main characters are just so cute <3

I recommend you to try these
(some are on-going, some are complete):
Library Wars: Love & War - there's cute young adult romance.
Itazura na Kiss - read through first volume or more, then you'll get to grow fond of it.
Love Hina - indulge yourself in cute shonen romance filled hilarity.
Hana Kimi - nice, even J-live action (2007 version) was hilarious
Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen - nice one.
Reimei no Arcana - it takes you to a different world, but just great.
Kare First Love - very sweet
H³ School! - nice one too
Kimi ni Todoke - very cute and very popular in Japan.
Hadashi de Bara wo Fume - cute romance of meiji era.
Midori no Hibi - cute shonen romance
Baby Love - soo cute
These are highly recommended ^_^ hope you try all of them out.

- Beast Master - Pretty cute, so I have to second(?) this one
- Harem Lodge - Rather short, but worth it's while
- Hyakujuu Kingdom - Same here, even if it's a subtle romance
- Koukou Debut - Nice one, but you probably know this already? ... ^^"
- Nineteen, Twenty-One - If you don't mind webcomics
- Yuru Koi - Josei, if you don't mind this...
- Taiyou wa Kimi ni Kagayaku
The following ones are still ongoing, but currently among my favourites, mostly because of the quite unique characters and their rather unusual way to handle things ... =)
