Hello everyone, this is my first time asking for a manga/manwha here as I just discovered this forum '^^ 645q7

Anyway, to be more precise, I am looking for a manga or manwha or manhua (chinese, right ?), full color or not that depicts the adventure or a male lead who, at some point, either discover he has a hidden strong power or recieve it.
Therefore, his life is completely changed and he is dragged in a whole new "world".
The history (plot) is important and obviously directly or indrectly related to the protagonist.

What's important :

• it needs to be a long-running one (I hate when it's already completed, 'cause I feel like I will want more ! -_-' ).
  The best would be at least a 100 chapters, but 200 is what I am looking for ^^
• it can be funny, as long as there is some sort a good long-running plot otherwise I will get bored at some point
• it can be shonen or seinen, as long as it is either not too young nor too mature/gore like Gantz.
• there can be some romance but not required
• the main character (the male lead) can power level up if you know what I mean.
  His progression can be slow or fast, as long as it is progressing alongside the plot
• I don't like when the protagonist is a moron or a simple-minded.

I think that covers everything.

The best example I have would be Tal. I just discovered it and love it and matches almost everything I ask ! ^^

PS : If you don't find anything that matches my first requierement (long running manga), you may find one with at less chapters but looking like it's going to run for quite some time ^^

You may have read already some of them (probably most of them), since most long-running series are quite well known. Anyway, here are some suggestions:

Tower of God - Fits perfectly. Best ongoing webtoon in my opinion. Awsome plot and charcter development. Protagonist is quite weak and ignorant at the beginning.

Claymore - Fulfills all your requirements other than the male lead part.

The Breaker + The Breaker: New Waves - Good fit,if you dont care that the lead starts as a very pathetic character

These match your request somehow:
ID - Story can be confusing sometimes but otherwise a good series. (standard fantasy setting)
King of Hell - similar to ID.
Ubel Blatt - Many compare this manga to a less dark version of Berserk
Dorohedoro - Characters dont really have big powerups. Maybe to dark.
Kurogane no Linebarrel - As long as you dont get bothered by the "ally of justice" - crap the MC blabbers about it should be a good read.

Magi
[m]Crepuscule[m] - No power-up as far as i can but he probably will sometimes
Noblesse, Magician (KIM Sarae) - Noblesse's lead doesn't power up cuz he's the boss since the beginning. Plot isn't all that interesting (just my opinion)
All the big mangas like One Piece, Fairy Tail, and so on somehow fit. But the MCs are all morons.

I did indeed read many of them, but here are the one I didn't : Claymore, Dorohedoro, Kurogane no Linebarrel and Immortal Regis + Cavalier of the Abyss

Just one thing : King of Hell. I've just discover it today and it looks like Yongbi : no plot, only comedy and sketchy arts. Don't you agree ?

Again - First one I had to think of is ...

• Mugen no Juunin - A pretty dark storyline combined with a breathtaking style of art. Along the path of revenge the characters get to know, how cruel their world can be and how one tragic event can lead to another.

Tower of God Seconding it
Akame ga Kiru! The series is a monthly series and hence have few chapters out...but it fits your full requirements. The best part is that protagonist isnt a generic idiot/hotheaded/dumb like the big three(Naruto,Bleach and One Piece).
Shingeki no Kyojin I wanted to reccomened it as it fits most of your requirements but it is somewhat gore manga.

You can try any generic shounen manga like big three or Fairy Tail but all of them have the generic protagonist who is simple minded and sprouts 'I will protect you' crap... The one where the protagonist looses till the end but wins at the end.

The Legend of Maian (on of the two manga\manhwa by Im Dal-Young that's actually decent)

Anyway, do you have also something like Girls of the Wild's and The Breaker where the protagonist is bullied but overcome his situation ?

Things like History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi?
There is also Zippy Ziggy, but there wasn't really any bullying going on.
