Lol if it's by itself- 2% milk, if it's mixed in with something else that's bitter- condensed. If it's mixed with something already sweet (eg hot chocolate mix, smoothies)- soy or oat or 2%. If it's going into a dessert- coconut, soy, full fat. XD

The only kind of milk I like as a drink completely 100% by itself is dairy milk. On the other hand, coffee has to have oat milk in it for me, no other milk tastes anywhere near as good. It has such a delicious creamy lingering quality that pairs perfectly with the strong flavor of coffee and nullifies any bitterness.
Sweetened condensed milk can be really good in specific drinks although it's not something I use every day, and for tea depending on the kind of tea I usually use either oat, dairy, or no milk at all.
For milk tea with boba, I like oat milk, and I like it served hot (since I can't stand cold tea). The creaminess of the oat milk with the chewy sweet boba feels like such a delicious indulgence, it really makes it feel worth the calories and sugar 🤤

Uh, I'm not sure how to answer this question, but seeing as tea was the only example and I don't drink coffee, I chose "none".
However, for things like homemade Iced Cappuccinos (Tim Hortons... think of a sugary, milky slushy with coffee flavoring—Starbucks doesn't actually have a direct replacement for it), and other milk based drinks or products that use milk, my preference is dairy milk.
The recipe I use at home is as follows: 1/8 cup of coffee, 5/8 cup of milk, 1 1/2–2 cups of pre crushed ice, and 2 partially heaped tablespoons of chocolate milk powder. Blend it all together until it's a smoothie or slushy consistency and serve... use straws to drink it.
By the way, for baking, rice milk is practically a direct replacement for dairy milk if someone is lactose intolerant. Works great in pumpkin pie recipes... actually, I think it worked better than dairy milk for the pumpkin pie recipe I use.
Also, to all the people who complained about being able to taste the pumpkin in my pie: It's called "pumpkin" pie. It is not called cinnamon pie. I literally can't eat most store bought and restaurant pumpkin pies because of how overspiced they make it. Also, don't try to tell me fresh pumpkin has a different flavor than canned pumpkin when the stuff in the cans I get is literally just pumpkin with no extra additives and you don't want to taste pumpkin anyway.
Alright, impromptu rant over.
For the record, the only 3 flavors you need are allspice, a touch of nutmeg, and vanilla extract. The pumpkin is supposed to be most of the flavor. Cinnamon is not even part of the recipe. Huh, I went way off topic at the end here.

Since the question was vaguely phrased to basically mean "what kind of milk do you drink in any milk-containing drink at all" (my original intent was mixed into drinks like tea and coffee when I suggested it since drinking milk straight is a different experience), and you seem to put dairy milk in your coffee drink, I'd say your answer seems to pretty clearly be dairy milk.

I don't drink the blended beverages at starbucks, and I've never lived anywhere near a Tim Hortons, but isn't that just a frappuccino? Is there a substantial difference between the two?
Also, don't try to tell me fresh pumpkin has a different flavor than canned pumpkin when the stuff in the cans I get is literally just pumpkin with no extra additives and you don't want to taste pumpkin anyway.
I've had pies made with fresh pumpkin and with canned pumpkin, and I'll be damned if I can tell the difference. Since you're using thoroughly cooked pumpkin that's been blended smooth either way, I find claims that fresh pumpkin is way better to be dubious at best.
Sure, if you roast it maybe you might get some caramelized notes that you don't get from the canned stuff, but if you're really after that roasted flavor you can just spread the canned stuff on a sheet pan and roast it a bit to recreate that flavor, no hacking apart overpriced tiny pumpkins required.
What makes a way bigger difference in the final pie is not wasting your time on pumpkins and instead putting effort into making a good crust rather than buying a premade one; a good homemade pie crust is drastically different from anything store bought.

Depends on the type of the drink. I don't like to add any milk to my tea, but I like it on coffee, juice, or hot chocolate. I like all kind of milk, but I choose soy milk since it's my favorite.

Technically I put coffee flavoring in my milk drink. Coffee is all burnt rubber to me, and the last time I tired it in a small Styrofoam cup, I needed 8 creams and 8 sugars (more than half the cup) before I could bear the flavor. Coffee is a fantastic accent... not so much anything more than that. I drink my tea black.

Apparently the closest thing is a coffee Frappuccino made with cream instead of milk, and with either the classic syrup... or two shots of vanilla and 2 things of brown sugar (and even then, the flavor is apparently more coffee and less sweetness than the Iced Cap). Not that I've personally tried it, Starbucks is expensive. Oh, crushed Oreo bits and whipped cream probably go great with it since Tim's has an Oreo version that does the same.

That's true, a bad pie crust can definitely make the pie less enjoyable.
