Lol theres been so many...I suppose the most dumbest thing I've ever done in a game was in Persona 3. It was the first persona game I had played and so I wasn't familiar with everything. I wasn't aware that I had to level up my social links, I think I only maxed out one. So I got to the end and though my character was strong, I didn't have the power to defeat the last boss xD. Then I ended up erasing over the game when I started over xD.

Oh and in FFXII, I forgot to upgrade my armor/weapons/spells/licenses for the first half of the game and eventually I got to a part where I could go any further because I kept dying. I'm still working on leveling up to get my characters where their supposed to be.

In Kingdom Hearst, I got all the way to end and during the end scene, my game froze. Since then I haven't been able to bring myself to beat it again. You'd think that would teach me to take better care of my games.

Not to mention I'm horrible at saving so often I lose data because of it.

I usualy save something that I shouldn't in places that I shouldn't and somentimes overwright other importante things....

When I had a PS1 I had my memory card, and my brother had his... I lost the count of how many times I overwrighted somenthing on his MC... and he was never happy...

I forget to save a lot too. I played Persona 3 for like 4 hours and died before I realized I never saved it. It's easy to be gung ho in that game and just go for it instead of saving. I get super engrossed in the story.

The story is a bit hard to get into when it's separated by an in-game month and 25 floors of little more than "I can't detect how close the strong power is. Can you go a few more floors up?"

I also one of my bigger mistakes.

I was playing Shining Force EXA, and you collect this stuff that you pour into various skills. About half of the skills are described in a way that it sounds like you're applying the stat upgrades to the weapon you have equipped, and only that weapon.

Not wanting to waste the whatever-it-was-called once I ditched the weapon, I avoided these skills entirely. I was wondering why the game was kicking my ass so hard all of the time, and it was because I had crippled myself by avoiding developing the most important stat upgrades in the game. I was pretty much playing the game on harder-than-hard mode for the first dozen hours.

Demon's souls, in the Tower of Latria level, the prison, I saw an item across a hole that I couldn't get, walked around and got the item. I then read a message warning me of a fall ahead, so I walked forward and fell into the hole I had just walked around, and been warned about. I lost over ten thousand souls because I died trying to get them back. 😢

when i played diablo 1 i played the magician and was just raising his magic stat and buying upgrades for fierball and chain lightning spell. it worked wonders till i hit hell where there were half the buggers that were magic resistant and all i could do was restart the game /palmface

played halfway through commandos 2 until i realized you could switch viewpoints 🤣

Well, I used to have a pirated copy of Skies of Arcadia (I bought it in South Korea where it isn't as illegal) and the version had cheats, so I made myself unbeatable and then got into a fight that wasn't possible to win and was stuck there. Ended up having to restart the entire game (and since the second disk failed, wasn't able to win the game until we bought it for gamecube).

Playing Super Smash Bros Brawl, I was playing All Star on intense difficulty. I was a few characters away from beating it, and suddenly the screen goes blank.

I was playing FlyFF online and there is a point where you do a quest to get this card to enter a dungeon where you can level up fast because once you get to a certain level it becomes a pain because the monsters just don't give that much experience anymore. anyways long story short i was cleaning up my inventory and deleted the ticket...never played flyff again...

i made the dumbest mistake when i play ragnarok online for the first time....i just got the soldier skeleton card....i don't know what it used for...the i sell it in payon town....surely a lots of ppl come in to deal with me.....i don't know why...then after short dealing i sold it for 10 000z....ppl scold me cos they said it too cheap...the real price is more than 1 million.....hahha...then i feel like crying...gee 😔
