just wondering what people thought of last few chapters. I thought it was pretty sweet. some parts actually caused some tears in my eyes, i thought the ending was a really good way to end it 5l701j

i was nervous at first it was big & long & went straight up i had to try it i eased onto it & liked it! i went up & down on it.... i love escalators now! 😀

i know, im glad hikaru(i love her character) ended up with arata, but they both really loved her so much, and it was hard for her to pick between the 2, though i predicted it to end like that. i mean, first takara dated her for a while, then there was many obstacles, hikaru's feelings changed and she ended up with arata. im not the type to read these types of shoujo, but for some reason moe kare really appealed to me. and i have to say it, i really love arata's personality and how hes so cute when it comes to love/romance/hikaru but on the outside he's trying to not show his emotions/feelings and be tough. i felt sorry for him though when he was lonely as a child. that said, i enjoyed it, but there is room for improvement, ahh i'll leave it at that 😀

@moondagger: you are very right about tsukasa in uwasa no midori-kun, and i want midori end up with kazuma...like thats ever gonna happen but you never know...

the ending was really good 😀 - altho i wondered wat happened to taraka (is that how to spell his name?) but i feel REALLY sorry for him. Hikaru was the first girl he ever feelings for. the ending chapter was sad...it made me cry but i was also happy and sad tears.

the extra chapter was so funny...their baby was soooooooooooooooooo cute!!! OMG!!! but its an extra..i wonder if it was true..but i wonder wat they named their baby....yet i still wonder about takarra ( 😕 ?) it would be nice if there were a sequal 😀

I liked Moe Kare's ending, though I wanted Hikaru to end up with Takara...but Arata was good too. About Uwasa no Midori-kun, I saw on Alessia-chan's website that there's going to be 44 chapters, and 42 chapters have been released so far. I saw her post a summary for chapter 42 and I was so happy! Midori is so going to end up with Kazuma because Tsukasa broke up with her thinking to himself that she actuarlly loves Kazuma(chapter 41)...also (chapter 42) Midori tells Kazuma that she loves him, so the mangaka isn't going with the bad boy/perverted guy winning the girl, well that's if Midori doesn't have a change in heart in the next 2 chapters.

Also, there's also the saying that first love's are not always successful.

I was happy with how this manga ended. The right guy got Hikaru. I always Takara was cold for sleeping with Hikaru right before dumping her to be with Ami. He didn't deserve to get her back. Arata was by her side even before Takara dumped her, and loved so much that he was willing to sacrifice himself and his feelings for her. Hikaru was super-cute! I wish that I'd had such a cute girlfriend in high school. She puts the moe in Moe Kare.

I just loved the ending. I've always rooted for Arata. I just really like the bad boy types becoming all nice and reverting their ways for the girl. I think it's just really cute. Takara was okay, but he was selfish. I liked him though. I wonder what happened to him at the end of the story? In the extra, they said that he went to medical school to become a doctor, but I really wonder who he settled down with. And what about Ami? I might be thinking too much. >.< Anyway, the baby was really cute.

Arata was better. He wasn't such a whiny idiot like Takara. So I loved the ending<3 Despite seeing the raws months ago. xD

The whole "I love you so much that I'll give you up" made me groan like a bear. -_-; Like wow, that's totally not overused in shoujos. ;D

I was happy about it, especially that it wasn't all rushed. Plus she made the right choice. A notice to all shoujo heroines out there: follow Hikaru's example! You'll end up with a cute kid and happy family! Don't go for the jerk! ...Not that they'd listen to me. But yeah, good ending, and despite the bad cliché on Arata's part, he was clearly the better guy for her. Plus Takara just pissed me off when he didn't choose her because he was being all "noble" and whatnot. Idiot.

you are wrong. bad guy with soft side gets the girl. this is cliche ending. maybe you should read more shoujo.

Actually, they're both clichéd. If she goes back to the guy who left her for someone else in the first place, it's a cliché. If she moves on to the "bad guy with a soft side" as you said, it's a cliché. Though Arata isn't exactly a perfect fit for that stereotype...
