I am loving this manga because it's refreshing.
Atypical characters? Check
Refreshing Plot? Check
Art & Creativity? Check
Comedy and Romance? Check
Seriously....how often do we see stories - shoujo/josei - featuring NEETS/Otaku as protagonists?
Not many...and definitely few that can pull it off this well.
And the romance isn't annoying!
Kuranosuke is the catalyst of this story and is what makes everything interesting! His entire persona, hobby, and appearance are fascinating and it's really cool to see his character develop.
What I love most is that Kuranosuke isn't the type to discriminate others or judge them for their appearance or hobbies as most people would do; especially when he is blessed with looks himself.
For example, when his club friends approach the girls from the Otaku house and ask him if he associated with people like them, he does not shy away from calling them his friends. In fact, he doesn't care what others think at all.
Of course, the other characters are a riot too!
And the concept of
having jellyfish as the motif for the fashion designs is amazing

Basically everything stated here. I love the Amars and can relate to them, I love even your 'normal' characters, normal is relative here and in life 🙂

I love how these otaku are so relatable in this story yet are really compelling as characters. That, and the author gets by without having to do ecchi or anything like that to keep us interested (:

I agree with @dorkeasteregg - it is really impressive that the author doesnt have to rely or include any eechi Fanservice  cept 4 the naked tentscle creatures
also it's hilarious how she blatantly bashes politicians for being devious perverts and corruptly rich (the whole redevelopment story arc eludes pretty strongly to this I think)
another gem would be like in chapter 45 when the girls make proud statements like "we're good at haggling because we're use to barely scrapping by" 🤣
it's really endearing how Tsukime is always thinking about her late mother in dealing with new experiences, I think it's. really cute

It's different from ones I have read before. I also like the fact that it's not base on high schoolers
