Ichigo no Gakkou-- by far my fav. manga for this theme.
Yu no Hana Tsubame -- a bit fast paced for my taste but it does deal with starting a family.
Ikioku - The Cooler Half and Guys After marriage pretty much tell us the story about marriage life and their relationships.
