I guess these are spoilers, but:
Koukou Debut
Cat Street- though it's debatable who the male 'lead' is?
Mairunovich
Komomo Confiserie- though she wanted to be in love with the male lead, it seems like it will be a long time before she actually falls for him

The easiest genre that has manga like this is shoujo, so let me know it you want something else 😛

Peach Girl Definitely this manga if you haven't already read it. This is a in-school based manga. It's really good because the main character falls in love with with some guy (Guy 1), but lies and says its another guy (Guy 2). Somewhere along the line she goes out with Guy 1 and well you know the rest (: But there is a well-developed storyline with both guys so it makes it even better of a fit for you.
Side Note: This was one of my all-time favorite manga for its drama and heart breaking moments. It's definitely worth your read. This is a finished manga that comes with an anime as well.

Vampire Knight This is one mixed up manga. This is also a school based manga that very soon stems off into the real world manga. The main character falls in love with a guy who saved her life in the Night Class, but eventually does fall for her fellow guy friend. So if you like that friendship to love thing, this right here is your manga.
Side Note: This manga is definitely complex with alot of twists turns and surprises. It's a good read I guess. This is also a finished manga with an anime.

Nana: One of the Nana's falls in love with a guy originally but eventually breaks up with him after moving to tokyo. She then goes out with guy from her favorite band and TONS o' drama happens. And side stories with the rest of the characters also fall in love with one guy/girl then go another.
Side Note: This has to be one of my favorite shojo manga for its reality, complexity and absolutely well-developed storyline and characters. It has drama, romance, comedy, smut, etc etc. Everything you could ask for in a good romance/ drama manga. Man, it sure bought out the feelings in me :'(. This is not a finished manga, because of health problems with the mangka, BUT it's pretty much near its ending and comes with an anime.

Kitchen no Ohime-sama: I don't really this manga but I think it's somewhat based in a school and some restaurants of course. This is an innocent-pure like manga, but be warned there is a death. Well the main character is looking for her "Flan Prince" and she thinks she found her prince and falls in love with him. But she falls in love with another and well ..(:
Side Note: Such a cute and very meaningful manga, even now I think about it and its message. It's much to cute and makes appreciate the small things in life and just life in general. It's just wonderful (:
