(theres very similar topics, but im also looking for BL and girl's love, and more characterization)tragedy is fine. don't post the other topics, i've already looked through them 🙂 3hs5y
I mean they fall in love for maybe half of the series or so with a person(or show how they fell in love) then fall out of love/etc and fall in love with another person for the last half, and they stay together , and then -the end(or something).
I want character development between the two loves(maybe more ).
peach girl fits. although the whole Sai thing was annoying...i've heard cardcaptor sakura also fits but i dont want to read that. i cant stand the art.
no shoujo where the stupid girl is annoying and makes you want to punch her.

Strobe Edge probably has what you're looking for. It's still going on, so time will show though.
Cappuccino: It deals with infidelity so it doesn't go as tidy as falling out of with somebody and then falling in love with someone else. But there is a hint of that at the end for the character who wasn't unfaithful.
Random Walk: The protogonist falls in and out of love several times, but I'm not sure about character growth.

Parfait tic! (I have posted this at another topic sorry if you've seen it) Gokinjo Monogatari the side characters in the later volumes go through a similar thing thats all I can think of right now if I anymore I'll post again 🙂
